The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has told the Supreme Court that a detailed scorecard of the entire class cannot be provided to some class 10 pass-out students who have alleged that an Odisha-based school denied it as it had to “conceal its malpractices” in awarding marks. 

In an affidavit filed in the apex court, the CBSE said that a three-member enquiry committee had concluded in its August last year inquiry report that the school had prepared the result of class 10 students as per the tabulation policy.

In Other News: CUCET 2022 To Be Held In Multiple Language

CUCET will be held in multiple languages. In a written reply to Rajya Sabha, Minister of State for Education, Subhas Sarkar earlier mentioned that the NTA will conduct CUCET in 12 scheduled languages — Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu and Punjabi.

SEBA Class 10 HSLC Exams

The Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) will start the High School Leaving Certificate Examinations (HSLC), or Class 10 exams. The HSLC Class 10 exam is scheduled to begin with English on March 15, and will conclude on March 31 with the Language papers.
